Langjiu, from Erlang Town, Gulin County, Sichuan Province, is located in the high-quality brewing area of Source Aroma Baijiu, and is a product of China’s National Geographical Indication. The characteristics of Langjiu are “prominent sauce aroma, mellow, refreshing, elegant ,delicate, long aftertaste, and the fragrance lasts for a long time in an empty cup”. In the brewing process, although it follows the process of Moutai, its taste is different from the sauce aroma of Moutai.
