National Cellar 1573 – Spirit of China is a dual representative of both Chinese cultural heritage and Chinese intangible cultural heritage and was specially brewed in memory of the 1573 National Treasure Cellars cluster and of the traditional brewing technique of Luzhou Laojiao being selected as a “National key cultural relics preservation unit (1996)” and making the “National-level intangible cultural heritage list (2006)”.
