Made from the same water source and quality grain as the legendary “Kweichow Moutai Chiew”, though with a shorter distillation period, the Moutai Yingbin Chiew is a fresher, lighter and more delicate variation of Moutai. With a fresh and sweet aroma of apple and pear, Yingbin is mild and mellow in flavour while still retaining some of the complexity of the Kweichow Moutai Chiew.
