August 2017, Sinocan Supply Inc. and an Edmonton’s local well-known restaurant “baijiu” bar held the Moutai Cocktail Week together. They together mixed 4 type of Moutai based Cocktail and gave it to hundreds of people in just a week. Moutai is exerting a subtle influence on western people’s perception on Chinese Baijiu.
